Course overview

Most Labour Law problems in Saudi establishments do not start in court. They start with an undocumented contract, a wrong end-of-service figure or a salary that does not match Mudad. This course is built for the people who prevent those problems — HR, employers, payroll, compliance staff and legal advisers — so they can apply the law correctly in their daily work.

The course covers 11 modules and 73 lessons. It starts with how the Labour Law, its Executive Regulations and ministerial decisions fit together, including the 2025 amendments and the new resignation procedure. It then works through contracts and Qiwa documentation, working hours, overtime and leave, wages and GOSI, rights and obligations, and discipline, termination and dispute resolution.

The second half covers the platforms and checks you deal with every month: Qiwa, Mudad and Muqeem as step-by-step workflows, Wage Protection System self-audits and penalties, Saudization under Developed Nitaqat 2026–2028, remote, hybrid and part-time contracts, and inspection readiness with a nine-part inspection file and a mock inspection.

Every lesson follows the same five parts: outcome, core rules with the article number, a worked example, common mistakes and a checklist. Each module ends with a Verification table showing what to confirm on the official page, because penalty amounts, GOSI rates and quotas change often. An 8-question scenario quiz follows every module, and the course finishes with a 60-question final assessment (pass mark 70%) and a certificate of completion.
