Course overview
Whether you employ one person or thousands, you are responsible for applying Saudi Labor Law in your business. With the amendments that took effect on 19 February 2025 and the 2026 updates, the rules on probation, resignation, leave and penalties have changed.
This course explains the law in plain words: the government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI and Najiz), hiring and contracts, wages, working hours and leave, discipline, resignation, termination and end-of-service pay, safety, Saudization, penalties and disputes.
Every lesson has real-life examples, key-point and watch-out boxes and short activities, and each module ends with a short quiz. You finish with a final assessment, a four-week action plan to audit your own business, and a digital certificate.
