Welcome to Imtithal Academy. These terms govern your use of imtithalacademy.com and the purchase and study of our courses. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
In short
- Your account is personal and must not be shared.
- You get 365 days of course access from enrolment unless stated otherwise.
- Course content is educational and is not regulatory or tax advice.
- Certificates are issued by Imtithal Academy, not by a government authority.
1Who we are
Imtithal Academy ("we", "us") is an independent online training platform run as a sole proprietorship. We offer online courses in tax, Zakat and labour-law compliance for the Saudi market. The academy is not a government or regulatory body and does not represent the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), the Ministry of Human Resources or any other official authority.

2Eligibility and your account
- You must be 18 or over, or use the website with a guardian's consent.
- Your registration details must be accurate and up to date; the registered name is the name printed on your certificate.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- An account is personal to one learner and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
3Courses and access period
Each course page sets out the content, level, requirements and learning outcomes. Access is activated as soon as payment is complete and lasts 365 days from enrolment unless the course page states a different period. We may update content to keep up with regulatory changes, and we make sure no update reduces the core value of the course you bought.
4Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) and charged at checkout as the US dollar (USD) equivalent at the fixed rate of 1 USD = 3.75 SAR; your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Taxes such as VAT are calculated where applicable and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, sales tax, invoices and refunds; its name may appear on your card statement. We never see or store your card details.
- Offers and discount coupons are limited by their period and conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We email your order confirmation and invoice to your registered address.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.
5Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the course, and in the other cases set out in our Refund Policy. Your rights under the consumer protection laws that apply to you are preserved in all cases.
6Certificates
A digital certificate of completion is issued in your name after you finish all course lessons and pass its quizzes with the required score. The certificate is issued by Imtithal Academy and confirms that you completed the training; it is not a professional qualification or an official licence from a government authority unless the course page explicitly says so. Whether it is accepted for employment or professional development is up to the organisation you present it to. We may revoke any certificate obtained through cheating or a breach of these terms.
7Intellectual property and licence
All courses, text, videos, images, quizzes and logos are owned by or licensed to Imtithal Academy. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning during your access period. Without our written permission you may not:
- Copy, record, screenshot or download the content in ways not offered on the website.
- Republish or sell it, or use it to train other people.
- Use it to train AI systems or create competing content.
8Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, cheat on quizzes, disrupt the website, impersonate anyone else, or post abusive content in any interactive area.
9Disclaimer
Course content is for general educational purposes and is not regulatory, tax, accounting or professional advice for your specific situation. We work hard to keep content accurate and current, but laws and regulations change, so always check official sources or a licensed adviser before making decisions.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the course concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
11Availability and changes
We aim to keep the website available at all times, but it may be paused temporarily for maintenance or updates. Where possible, we give learners advance notice of any significant change to a paid course.
12Suspending your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, for example by sharing the account or redistributing content. In that case no refund is due unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
13Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply at our place of business, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We aim to resolve any disagreement amicably first, through direct contact with us at info@imtithalacademy.com; if that fails, the dispute will be referred to the competent court. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and continuing to use the website after an update means you accept it.
