This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get a refund, how to ask for one, and how long it takes to receive your money. It does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including the Saudi E-Commerce Law for customers in the Kingdom.<\/p><div class=\"ia-legal-sum\"><p class=\"ia-legal-sum-t\">In short<\/p><ul><li>Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not started the course.<\/li><li>Once a course has been started, refunds apply only in specific cases, such as a technical fault or a duplicate charge.<\/li><li>Refunds go back to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in.<\/li><li>Send your request with your order number to info@imtithalacademy.com.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h2 id=\"sec-1\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">1<\/span>Scope of this policy<\/h2><p>This policy applies to every online course, bundle and training service you buy on the Imtithal Academy website. Read it together with our <a href=\"\/en\/terms-of-service\/\">Terms of Service<\/a> and <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-2\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">2<\/span>What counts as using a course?<\/h2><p>Our courses are digital content that unlocks as soon as you pay. A course counts as used if any of the following has happened:<\/p><ul><li>You opened a lesson or viewed any part of the course content.<\/li><li>You started a quiz or received a certificate.<\/li><li>You downloaded any files or training materials.<\/li><\/ul><h2 id=\"sec-3\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">3<\/span>14-day cancellation right<\/h2><p>You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of purchase, provided you have not used or benefited from the course as described above. Because access is activated immediately, starting the course means you agree to the service starting, which may end your cancellation right to the extent the law allows.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-4\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">4<\/span>Delayed access<\/h2><p>If your course access is not activated for a reason on our side and the delay exceeds 15 days from the purchase date, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund, unless a different date was agreed or the delay was caused by force majeure.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-5\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">5<\/span>When we give refunds<\/h2><p>In addition to the 14-day cancellation right, we offer a full or partial refund, or a suitable alternative, in these cases:<\/p><ul><li>You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.<\/li><li>A technical problem on our side prevents access to the course and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.<\/li><li>The course content differs materially from the description published on the website.<\/li><li>We withdraw a course without offering a suitable alternative.<\/li><li>A payment is confirmed as fraudulent by our payment provider or bank.<\/li><\/ul><h2 id=\"sec-6\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">6<\/span>When refunds do not apply<\/h2><ul><li>Change of mind after using the course or after the 14-day period has passed.<\/li><li>Not finishing the course within the available access period.<\/li><li>Problems with your own device or internet connection that are unrelated to the website.<\/li><li>Dissatisfaction with the course level or teaching style, as long as the content matches its description.<\/li><li>Breach of our terms, such as sharing your account or redistributing content.<\/li><li>Orders that were fully free through a discount coupon, as no amount was paid.<\/li><\/ul><h2 id=\"sec-7\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">7<\/span>Team and corporate purchases<\/h2><p>Group purchases and team training follow the terms of the quotation or agreement signed with the organisation. Unless agreed otherwise, the value of seats not yet assigned to any employee can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Seats whose holders have started studying are not refundable.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-8\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">8<\/span>How to request a refund<\/h2><p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@imtithalacademy.com\">info@imtithalacademy.com<\/a> from the address registered on your account and include:<\/p><ul><li>Your order number and purchase date.<\/li><li>The course name and the reason for your request.<\/li><li>Screenshots or error messages if the reason is a technical problem.<\/li><\/ul><p>We confirm receipt within two working days and tell you our decision within five working days at most. We may review your login and course progress records to verify the request.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-9\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">9<\/span>Refund method and timing<\/h2><ul><li>Refunds are made to your original payment method, in the currency you paid in.<\/li><li>We start the refund as soon as it is approved. It usually appears in your account within 5 to 14 working days, depending on your card issuer.<\/li><li>Access to the course and any related certificate is removed once the refund is completed.<\/li><li>We do not deduct any fees on a full refund, but your bank may apply currency conversion fees on foreign cards.<\/li><\/ul><p>All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which issues the refund to your original payment method once we approve it. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle through the link in your order confirmation email or at <a href=\"https:\/\/paddle.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">paddle.net<\/a>.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-10\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">10<\/span>Chargebacks<\/h2><p>Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank; we can usually solve the problem faster. If a chargeback is opened while your refund request is being reviewed, we may pause the request and course access until the dispute is closed.<\/p><h2 id=\"sec-11\"><span class=\"ia-legal-num\">11<\/span>Changes to this policy<\/h2><p>We may update this policy from time to time.
